At Sirens Hair Extensions, we are committed to offering the highest quality products. For hygiene and safety reasons, hair extensions are not eligible for return once opened or used.
Returns
We accept returns only if the product has not been opened, used, or tampered with.
You have 7 calendar days from the delivery date to request a return.
The product must be in its original packaging, with no signs of use, and in resaleable condition.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or there was a shipping error.
Refunds
Once the product has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 7 to 10 business days and will be automatically applied to the original method of payment.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Defective Products or Order Errors
If you receive an incorrect or defective product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
We will take responsibility for replacing the product or issuing the appropriate refund at no additional cost.
